Can I choose different categories for different events for the same
recipient?
Yes. You can select different categories for different
events for your recipient. You have the freedom to decide what
category your
recipient might like for each event.
Can I see the gifts I’ve
given in the past?
Yes. When you log-in, you can go to “My History” page,
and see what you’ve given to whom in the past.
Will my recipient
know I am using this service?
That is up to you.
When the gifts are shipped, they do not include any indication that
you were using InGenerosity. The gift comes from
the vendor directly. Our customers have different views on this.
Some prefer to keep it to themselves. Others think it adds something
to tell their recipient that they had a “private shopper” service
help them choose just the right gift.
Can the gifts be returned?
The gift ordinarily can be returned to
the vendor who shipped it for a store credit. In some cases, such
as flowers, a return may
not be possible, but it will be up to the vendor.
